Planning for your Senior session
What to Wear and Bring to your session
You have set your appointment for your graduating senior, now what? When booking a senior session, you are investing into those memories. Why not properly plan?
I always recommend bringing along the following 3 outfits. The first one is casual, as if your were going to school. The next a bit dressier, perhaps the gown or suit you have selected to wear under your cap and gown. And finally, don’t forget your cap and gown (and tassel). You can bring additional outfits, but make sure you let me, your photographer, know prior to your session.
To help personalize and capture those hobbies or interests that make you.. pack up your letterman’s jacket, your class ring, and other items. For example, If you play the guitar, bring it! Collect albums, bring them! Are you an artist? Bring supplies.. let’s incorporate that into an image to reminisce over years from now.
Hair and Makeup
To get the most from your session, make sure you leave enough time to arrive to your appointment at least 15 minutes early. I am a natural light photographer and we have a limited amount of time to capture those memories. If you need an early morning appointment, I work with a stylist that can arrange hair and makeup into the cost of your session.

Selecting your Senior session
We offer both Studio or Location for you Senior session. What is the difference? Studio sessions offer the traditional “grandma” images. These prints you can give out as gifts to family, frame with your diploma, and offer an additional add on to your location session.
Location allows us to offer more fun and casual images to capture your personality and interests along with the traditional poses in a designated location.
You can select the session that best represents you and this milestone year.

Senior Sessions Announcing Your College
Senior sessions are a great way of revealing your college or university you have chosen. We offer graduation announcements that you can send to your family. Keep it hush hush until your family receives your announcement. Are you able to keep it secret?
